Coastal Choice King Superior is an impressive room that offers a large king-sized bed in the bedroom and a queen sized pull-out sofa bed in the sitting area. The rooms are separated by a half wall to offer privacy but allowing lots of natural light into the bedroom. The bedroom and sitting area both have large flat screen televisions and there is also a small desk and chair in the bedroom area. The room faces 1st Street and view looks over rooftops. These rooms also have an electric fireplace/heater under the TV (pull down metal bar across the top to reveal the switch). ONLY room 331 has a balcony. There is NO BALCONY on 231.

Coastal Choice Queen rooms have 2 queen beds in the bedroom and 1 queen size sofa bed all in one large room. There is also a small desk and chair. This room also has a small refrigerator and microwave and a widescreen television. These rooms have a balcony that overlooks 1st Street.

The Coastal Choice Queen Suite is our largest room, with over 430 square feet of space. There is a shower/tub combination in the bathroom, two queen beds in the bedroom, and a barn door separating the bedroom from the sitting room in the back of the suite with a sofa bed, coffee table, and second television set. All rooms have a microwave and fridge. None of our suites have balconies.

The Perfect Wave Premium King room is a beautifully appointed room with a King Bed and a 2 person whirlpool tub built right into the bedroom. These rooms have a private balcony that overlooks Wilmington Avenue. The sink is located across from where the bed. Also, there is a walk-in shower in the bathroom. There is also a small refrigerator, microwave and large widescreen television in the room. These rooms are for up to 2 adults ONLY. No children allowed. Only 206 has the extremely large balcony.

The Perfect Wave Superior King rooms are in our new addition and have a King bed with a 2 person whirlpool tub built into the bedroom. These rooms are located at the end of the Wilmington Avenue wing and have a private balcony (not the larger ones) that overlooks Wilmington Avenue. There is a walk-in shower in the bathroom. These rooms also have a small refrigerator, microwave, and large widescreen television. Up to 2 ADULTS ONLY, no children in these rooms.

The Rehoboth Beach Luxury King is a beautifully appointed and private room with a king bed, sitting area with fabric upholstered club chair, and an electric fireplace for added ambiance. The Rehoboth Beach Luxury King room has a private balcony facing Rehoboth Avenue, and also has a refrigerator, microwave and widescreen television.

The Rehoboth Beach Luxury Queen room is situated in a more private area of the hotel and has two queen beds, pull out couch and sitting area, and an electric fireplace for added ambiance. This beautifully appointed luxury room also has a private balcony facing Rehoboth Avenue, a small refrigerator, microwave, and widescreen television.

The Rehoboth Beach Resort King rooms have a King Bed and a Queen size pull out sofa bed with a private balcony that faces Rehoboth Avenue. This room also has a small refrigerator and microwave and a widescreen television. These rooms have wood floors.

The Rehoboth Beach Resort Queen rooms have 2 Queen Beds with a private balcony that faces Rehoboth Avenue. The room has a small desk, table with two chairs, and shower/tub combination. This room also has a small refrigerator and microwave and a widescreen television. These rooms have wood floors.

The Shore Choice King Suites are 2 room suites in our new addition. One room is the bedroom with a King Bed. The second room is a living room with a pull out sofa bed. This room does not have a balcony but does have 3 large windows in the sitting area for more natural light. This room also has a small refrigerator, microwave and 2 widescreen televisions. 208/308 are hearing impaired rooms.

Perfect for adults traveling together or with children, the Shore Choice Queen Suite has two sleeping areas separated by the vanity in the center of the suite. The first room you walk into is the sitting room with a pull out sofa bed and widescreen television, and this room is separated from the vanity with a sliding barn door. The bedroom with two Queen Beds and a widescreen television is in the back of the suite where there are 3 large windows for natural light. The suite also has a small refrigerator and microwave.

The Sea Glass King Suites are rooms located in our Avenue II Annex (Not The Main Building). The rooms have a King Bed and a pull out sofa bed all in one large room. In addition these rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, and a widescreen television. NOTE: The Avenue II is located next to the Purple Parrot where there could be music playing until 1:00 a.m. There is no elevator and rooms could be on the 2nd or 3rd floor. All rooms at Avenue II have individual coffee makers. These rooms face Rehoboth Ave.

The Sea Glass Queen Suites are rooms located in our Avenue II Annex (Not The Main Building). The rooms have a 2 Queen Beds and a pull out sofa bed all in one large room. In addition these rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, and a widescreen television. The Wilmington Avenue Deluxe Queen rooms have 2 Queen Beds and a barn door that separates the bedroom from the large open vanity area with a separate lavatory and glass shower. Rooms have microwave, small refrigerator, charging stations for your IPhone or Android devices and a widescreen television. This room has central air and is in our new addition, with a private balcony that overlooks Wilmington Avenue. WADQ 209 adjoins WADK 211 WADQ 309 adjoins WADK 311 WADQ 215 adjoins WADK 213 WADQ 315 adjoins WADK 313 207/307 are hearing impaired rooms.

Wilmington Avenue Resort King rooms have a King Bed and 1 pull out sofa bed. These rooms have a balcony that faces Wilmington Avenue and also have small refrigerators, microwaves, and widescreen television. 2nd Floor Rooms have wood floors. 3rd Floor Rooms have carpet. 2nd Floor rooms could be located across the hall from the vending machines. These rooms do NOT have the large balconies.

Wilmington Avenue Resort Queen rooms have two Queen Beds. They have a shower/tub combination in the bathroom. These rooms have a balcony that faces Wilmington Avenue and also have small refrigerators, microwaves, and widescreen television. 2nd Floor Rooms have wood floors. 3rd Floor Rooms have carpet. 2nd Floor rooms could be located across the hall from the vending machines.

The West Side Dunes Accessible King rooms have a King Bed and a pull out sofa bed. The balcony faces west with no view. The West Side Dunes Accessible King rooms have a wheel chair accessible bathroom door. Rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, and widescreen television. 232 and 332 Has a bathtub and NOT a wheelchair-accessible shower

The West Side Dunes King rooms have a balcony that faces west over the interior rooftop of the hotel and have no view. There is a king bed and upholstered side chair in this room. This room also has a small refrigerator, microwave, and a widescreen television. Room 227 (which has NO SOFA BED) adjoins with 225 (WSDQ) Only 327 has a sofa bed - but the system will not allow you to enter more than two guests into either of these rooms.

The West Side Dunes Queen rooms have 2 Queen Beds with a balcony that faces west and has no view. Rooms have a small refrigerator, microwave, and widescreen television.
